Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive stakeholder interviews to gather, document, and prioritize detailed business requirements.
- Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvement strategies.
- Develop detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), use case diagrams, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, and Product Management, to ensure technical solutions align with business goals.
- Lead and facilitate requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) cycles.
- Monitor system performance and data integrity to ensure reporting accuracy during off-peak hours.
- Create and maintain process documentation and data models.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology or data-driven environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business language.
- Proven experience in gathering and documenting requirements using Agile methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and effectively during the night shift while maintaining high productivity levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
