Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support the creation and maintenance of process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes.
- Analyze business data to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure technical requirements are clearly understood.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate software solutions.
- Prepare and present regular status reports to management regarding project progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies, including SQL or basic data visualization software.
- Strong work ethic and a proactive attitude toward learning.
