Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements and process flows.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings to identify business needs and translate them into functional specifications.
- Support the creation and maintenance of business process maps, data models, and user stories.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and sales, to ensure project deliverables meet business goals.
- Monitor project progress and assist in risk identification and mitigation strategies.
- Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations for management and clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field (Graduates welcome).
