Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from internal stakeholders and clients.
- Conduct preliminary data analysis using Excel and SQL to identify trends and support decision-making.
- Support the creation of process maps, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical concepts into business solutions.
- Monitor project progress and assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and spot patterns.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Eagerness to learn new methodologies and tools in a collaborative environment.
