Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to elicit business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Documentation: Create detailed process maps, user stories, and technical documentation to guide development teams.
- Reporting: Develop and maintain clear, actionable reports and dashboards using business intelligence tools.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment on project goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the data or financial sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R; experience with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or JIRA.
- Shift Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (typically 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM or similar).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
