- Analyze operational data to identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Document business requirements using UML diagrams and user stories
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics using SQL and Power BI
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align technical solutions with business goals
- Create detailed process flows and system documentation
- Validate data integrity and recommend data governance frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in financial services
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and process modeling tools
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Night shift availability (6 PM - 2 AM EST)
