Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and data trends to identify improvement opportunities
- Document requirements, specifications, and workflows using UML and BPMN
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and success metrics
- Create detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive leadership
- Facilitate workshops to gather and prioritize business requirements
- Develop test cases and validate system implementations
- Monitor project progress and provide status updates to management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience with night shift preference
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or CBA) preferred
- Excellent communication skills with remote team experience
