- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering through interviews, workshops, and stakeholder analysis.
- Analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and digital transformation.
- Create detailed documentation including User Stories, Process Flows, and Functional Specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Product) to ensure seamless solution delivery.
- Perform data modeling and analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Monitor project milestones and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in the Tech industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel (Advanced), and Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail.
