Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and processes.
- Translate complex business needs into technical specifications and functional requirements for development teams.
- Design and maintain detailed process maps, data models, and wireframes using industry-standard tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment on project goals.
- Facilitate workshops and interviews to elicit requirements from non-technical business users.
- Monitor project KPIs and deliverables to ensure successful project delivery within scope and timeline.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced functions, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process optimization.
