Responsibilities
- Requirements Elicitation: Conduct in-depth interviews and workshops with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements.
- Process Analysis: Evaluate current business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions for optimization.
- Documentation & Modeling: Create clear, concise business requirements documents (BRD), user stories, and process flowcharts using Visio or Lucidchart.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the bridge between technical teams and business units, ensuring everyone is aligned on project goals and deliverables.
- Data Analysis: Utilize SQL and Excel to analyze datasets, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Testing & QA: Assist in the UAT (User Acceptance Testing) process, validating that implemented solutions meet the specified business needs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and SQL; experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus.
- Methodology: Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shift hours (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
