Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive stakeholder interviews to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current business processes and future state goals.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and project managers, to translate requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories.
- Utilize data analysis techniques to drive process improvements and optimize business operations.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
- Create and maintain detailed process documentation, user manuals, and process flows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel).
- Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, urgent environment.
