Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications

- Present data-driven insights to C-level executives and project stakeholders
- Collaborate with Agile development teams to prioritize backlogs

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in financial services or SaaS
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and process modeling tools
- Certification in CBAP, PMP, or Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
