Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and document detailed business needs and functional requirements.
- Data Analysis: Utilize SQL and Excel to extract insights from complex datasets and present findings to senior leadership to drive strategic decisions.
- Process Modeling: Create comprehensive process maps, wireframes, and user stories to facilitate system design and implementation.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between business units and the development team, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Project Support: Monitor project milestones, identify risks, and provide solutions to keep initiatives on track.
- Documentation: Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including user manuals, testing plans, and requirements specifications.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst within a corporate or software development environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced functions), and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Methodology: Experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks and utilizing tools like JIRA or Confluence.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking with a keen eye for detail and process improvement.
