Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities using data-driven methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Develop and maintain detailed process flows, data models, and documentation using tools like Jira and Visio
- Lead stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed initiatives
- Create comprehensive test cases and support UAT phases
- Monitor KPIs and generate insightful reports to drive decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst in tech or SaaS environments
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and requirement documentation
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems implementation
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
