Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for operational improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scopes.
- Translate complex data findings into actionable insights and clear, concise reports.
- Develop and maintain detailed process maps and documentation.
- Perform gap analysis between current processes and desired future states.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide weekly performance updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Information Technology (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus.
- Must be available to work a Night Shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
