Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Conduct in-depth stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather and document detailed business requirements.</li><li>Analyze current business processes and identify areas for optimization and cost reduction.</li><li>Create comprehensive process maps, use cases, and functional specifications for technical teams.</li><li>Collaborate with IT developers and QA testers to ensure solutions meet business needs.</li><li>Monitor project milestones and provide regular status reports to leadership.</li><li>Facilitate training sessions for end-users on new systems and processes.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a part-time or contract capacity.</li><li>Proficiency in SQL, Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.</li><li>Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>
