Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements.
- Translate complex business needs into functional user stories and technical specifications.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and system optimization.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment across project teams.
- Create and maintain process flow diagrams, wireframes, and use case documentation.
- Assist in the testing and validation of software solutions and system changes.
- Monitor project milestones and provide regular status updates to leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to deconstruct complex problems.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
