As a Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in analyzing data, identifying trends, and recommending improvements that directly impact our bottom line.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Gather, document, and manage detailed business requirements from stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Create clear and concise documentation, including use cases, user stories, and process diagrams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and product managers, to facilitate solution design.
- Perform data analysis and reporting to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding deliverables and milestones.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, or data analysis.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel (Advanced), and Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment is highly preferred.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently in a part-time capacity.
