Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology or manufacturing
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent strongly preferred
- Proven track record translating complex requirements into technical specifications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile development frameworks
