Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using data modeling techniques
- Document requirements and create detailed specifications for technical teams
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather insights and align on project goals
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Present findings to executive leadership through clear visualizations and reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
