- Develop and maintain the company's 5-year technology innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Facilitate strategic workshops with stakeholders to align on future-state technology adoption
- Produce trend reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Represent the company at global tech foresight forums and thought leadership platforms
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technology deployment
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term tech roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies with published thought leadership
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous initiatives
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies
