Responsibilities

- Drive ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Secure patents for breakthrough technologies in sustainable tech
- Mentor junior researchers through our innovation accelerator program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and quantum programming languages
- Proven track record of shipping commercialized AI/quantum products
- Deep understanding of neuro-technology ethics and regulatory landscapes
- Experience securing $10M+ in research grants or venture funding
