Responsibilities
- SEO-First Recruitment: Craft and optimize job descriptions and company pages using advanced SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and candidate reach.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and social media channels to proactively source passive candidates in the tech sector.
- Interview Coordination: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including screening calls, technical assessments, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
- ATS Management: Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse/Workable) ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with marketing to enhance our employer brand presence across digital platforms.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay ahead of compensation trends and competitor hiring strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or a dual role in Talent Acquisition and Digital Marketing.
- SEO Knowledge: Proven ability to write SEO-optimized content, including keywords, meta tags, and meta descriptions.
- Technical Aptitude: Understanding of software development lifecycles and familiarity with tech stacks (React, Python, AWS, etc.) is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of professionalism.
- Tools: Proficient in ATS platforms (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
