Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning frameworks for 2026-era applications
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of physicists, AI specialists, and hardware engineers
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Collaborate with academic partners to publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science
- Translate theoretical quantum models into production-ready algorithms
- Secure patents for novel quantum-AI hybrid methodologies
- Mentor researchers in quantum complexity theory and algorithm optimization
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development with demonstrated publications
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum assembly languages
- Experience with superconducting and photonic quantum systems
- Track record of leading complex R&D projects with measurable impact
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
