- Establish ethical governance frameworks for sentient AI development

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Computing, or equivalent experience
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and post-quantum cryptography
- Proven track record designing autonomous systems with >99.99% reliability
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on futuristic computing paradigms
- Deep understanding of neuro-symbolic AI and embodied cognition
- Experience with neuromorphic hardware (Loihi, TrueNorth) and quantum processors
- Certification in Future Tech Ethics (FTE-2026) or equivalent
