Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning business objectives with technological advancements.
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and integrating emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Sustainability Tech) into core business models.
- Identify market trends and competitive landscapes to pivot our strategy effectively for the 2026 horizon.
- Oversee the digital transformation initiatives required to achieve our 2026 goals.
- Measure KPIs related to strategic growth and report progress to the Board of Directors.
- Build and mentor a team of strategic planners and futurists.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology management, or executive leadership.
- Proven track record of leading organizations through major digital transformations.
- Deep understanding of the technology landscape leading up to 2026, including AI, Blockchain, and Next-Gen Infrastructure.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, capable of influencing at the executive level.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related technical field is preferred.
