In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for defining how Artificial Intelligence, Generative Models, and Quantum Readiness will shape our business landscape by 2026.
We are looking for a strategic leader who can navigate the ambiguity of emerging technologies and translate them into tangible growth opportunities. You will lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to ensure our infrastructure is future-proof.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create a comprehensive strategic roadmap that outlines key milestones for AI integration, automation, and digital transformation.
- AI Integration Leadership: Oversee the adoption and implementation of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) across all business units.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to C-level executives and non-technical stakeholders to drive buy-in and funding.
- Quantum Readiness: Assess current systems and develop a transition plan towards quantum-resistant algorithms and hardware.
- Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of futurists and technologists.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in executive leadership roles within the tech industry, specifically in AI or Strategic Planning.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration (Master’s degree preferred).
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of AI architectures, cloud computing, and emerging tech trends for the 2026 timeframe.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term strategies that result in measurable business growth and efficiency.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
