Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for the 2026 product ecosystem, aligning engineering goals with business objectives.
- Lead a team of elite engineers and architects in designing scalable, distributed systems using cutting-edge technologies.
- Oversee the integration of advanced AI and Machine Learning models into core infrastructure.
- Establish architectural standards, coding best practices, and security protocols to ensure system integrity.
- Mentor senior engineering talent and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product, design, and executive leadership to translate high-level strategy into actionable technical plans.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architecture role.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, large-scale enterprise systems.
- Deep expertise in System Design, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure), and Microservices.
- Experience with AI/ML integration and predictive analytics.
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
