Responsibilities
- Architect the Ethical Framework: Design and implement a comprehensive global ethics strategy for AGI development, ensuring alignment with human values.
- 2026 Roadmap Alignment: Collaborate with R&D leads to integrate ethical constraints and safety protocols into our 2026 product roadmap.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Serve as the primary advisor to the C-Suite on AI risk management, bias mitigation, and transparency.
- Policy Development: Monitor and interpret emerging global regulations regarding artificial intelligence to ensure Aether Systems remains compliant and ahead of the curve.
- Public Advocacy: Represent Aether Systems at industry conferences, speaking engagements, and forums to establish our thought leadership in Responsible AI.
- Team Cultivation: Build and mentor a world-class team of ethicists, policy analysts, and strategists.
Qualifications
- Education: Advanced degree (PhD or Master’s) in Philosophy, Computer Science, Law, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in senior strategy, policy, or ethics roles within the tech industry.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of machine learning models, NLP, and the current capabilities of generative AI.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional public speaking and executive presence; capable of presenting to diverse audiences.
- Adaptability: Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-growth startup environment.
