Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) with commercial potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Present technology roadmaps and investment recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation portfolio success and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in future forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi techniques)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Deep knowledge of at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AI, Web3, AR/VR)
