Responsibilities
- Lead Technical Vision: Define and execute the technical strategy for AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with the 2026 roadmap and industry leadership.
- Model Development: Design, train, and optimize state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural networks for high-performance applications.
- System Architecture: Build scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling billions of inference requests with low latency.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve in AI advancements (e.g., AGI trends, multimodal learning) and integrate novel techniques into our core stack.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of world-class data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly applications.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Deep understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms.
- Infrastructure: Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges and optimizing large-scale distributed systems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
