Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Infrastructure: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, scalable AI systems capable of handling high-volume inference and training workloads.
- Strategic R&D Leadership: Drive the vision for our 2026 roadmap, identifying emerging trends in transformer models, neural architecture search, and autonomous agents.
- Team Management & Mentorship: Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering professional growth and technical excellence in a fast-paced environment.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce ethical guidelines and safety protocols to ensure responsible deployment of AI technologies across all product lines.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, legal, and executive stakeholders to align AI initiatives with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Vendor & Technology Evaluation: Continuously evaluate external tools and partnerships to augment our internal capabilities and stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a leadership role focused on AI/ML systems.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS).
- Visionary Mindset: Proven track record of innovating in the field of Generative AI or NLP with a forward-thinking approach.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and the public.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and pivot strategies based on market research and competitive analysis.
