Responsibilities
- Define the Vision: Architect a forward-looking AI roadmap specifically targeting breakthrough capabilities for 2026 and the years following.
- Technical Oversight: Lead the research and development of generative AI models, ensuring scalability and ethical deployment.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performance engineering team of data scientists and ML engineers.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into business value for C-suite executives and investors.
- Process Improvement: Implement agile methodologies to accelerate product delivery and innovation cycles.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in AI/ML engineering with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or management capacity.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to identify emerging tech trends and pivot corporate strategy accordingly.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical audiences.
