Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the comprehensive 2026 AI and Machine Learning roadmap, aligning technical goals with business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing R&D team of data scientists and engineers.
- Oversee the architecture and development of scalable AI models and deep learning frameworks.
- Identify emerging technologies and market trends to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including product management and executive leadership.
- Prioritize research initiatives and allocate resources effectively to meet critical deadlines.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Deep Learning with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Proven track record of delivering complex AI systems from conception to production.
- Expert knowledge of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
