Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Vision, aligning long-term technology roadmaps with core business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and implementing emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Edge Computing.
- Identify disruptive market trends to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage the R&D budget and oversee the development of proprietary technology stacks.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for future technology adoption and measurable business impact.
- Present complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and investors with clarity and conviction.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategic management, or engineering management.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential business applications.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience in the US market or managing distributed, high-performance teams.
