Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
- Lead Research & Development initiatives in emerging technologies, specifically AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture.
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies to drive competitive advantage and market leadership.
- Oversee the digital transformation strategy to ensure scalability and future-proofing of infrastructure.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation, fostering collaboration between engineering, product, and executive teams.
- Manage cross-functional partnerships to deliver high-impact technology solutions on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within the technology sector, with at least 5 years in strategic planning.
- Proven track record of successfully defining and executing long-term technology roadmaps (e.g., for 2026).
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, and SaaS ecosystems.
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
