- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI tracking and portfolio performance optimization
- Champion human-centered design principles in all prototype development and scaling processes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation leadership with 5+ years in exponential technologies or venture-backed environments
- Proven track record of launching at least two market-defining products/services
- Deep expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and disruption analysis
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business with specialization in innovation management
