Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Innovation Strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and launch cutting-edge solutions
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with commercial potential
- Forge strategic partnerships with startups, academia, and industry leaders
- Secure and manage innovation budgets exceeding $5M annually
- Present vision to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Mentor innovation champions across global offices
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, Quantum, Biotech)
- Strategic planning and portfolio management expertise
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Published thought leadership in innovation journals
