- Manage $2M+ annual R&D budget for experimental projects
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching AI/quantum products with measurable impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Experience securing $1M+ R&D budgets and stakeholder alignment
- Deep understanding of exponential technology adoption curves
