Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements and user stories.
- Data Analysis: Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
- Documentation: Create detailed process maps, flowcharts, and documentation using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Reporting: Support the creation of reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and project progress.
- Project Support: Assist project managers in coordinating tasks and ensuring project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of SQL and Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
