Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document detailed business requirements.
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Translate complex business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Create and maintain data models, flowcharts, and process diagrams.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate system changes.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (recent graduates welcome).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of SQL or data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
