Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction levels.
- Sales Support: Assist senior executives in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts to close new business deals.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and potential leads within the corporate sector.
- CRM Management: Accurately track all interactions, leads, and activities within our Customer Relationship Management system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align on strategies and share insights.
- Event Representation: Attend industry networking events and trade shows to represent Horizon Enterprise Group.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Attitude: A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a strong desire to learn and succeed in a sales environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience: Previous internship or entry-level experience in sales, customer service, or retail is a plus but not required.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evening or weekend events.
