Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision for our 2026 AI roadmap, focusing on Generative AI and Neural Interfaces.
- Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems capable of processing petabytes of data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into core product lines.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in Quantum Computing and Edge AI.

Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML leadership.
- Proven expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Rust.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs).
