Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of next-generation AI models and neural networks.
- Drive the research and development of proprietary algorithms for the 2026 Autonomous Grid.
- Optimize machine learning pipelines for scalability, latency, and energy efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and define best practices for AI engineering within the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and hardware engineers.
- Stay ahead of the curve in emerging AI technologies and integrate cutting-edge advancements into our roadmap.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Extensive experience (5+ years) in designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and Rust.
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and distributed computing.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex projects on time.
