Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI systems targeting deployment in 2026.
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines and distributed systems.
- Lead the research and development of novel neural network architectures and algorithms.
- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with ethical AI guidelines and data privacy regulations.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to integrate them into our core infrastructure.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale ML projects from conception to production.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
