Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable AI infrastructure for large-scale deployment.
- Lead the development of Generative AI models and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and technical roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ensure the ethical use of AI and compliance with global data privacy regulations.
- Optimize algorithms for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI systems before production release.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, specifically in AI/ML.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex projects on time.
