Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI capabilities leading up to and beyond 2026, focusing on AGI readiness and quantum integration.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the deployment of large-scale distributed neural networks and transformer models with zero-latency inference.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives in generative adversarial networks (GANs), reinforcement learning, and explainable AI (XAI).
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Partner with quantum physicists, data scientists, and security experts to create hybrid computing solutions.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Establish frameworks for bias mitigation, data privacy, and AI safety standards to ensure responsible innovation.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, mentoring senior engineers and fostering innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Physics, or a related quantitative field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architecture role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Future Tech: Demonstrated experience or strong interest in emerging technologies such as Quantum Computing, Neuromorphic chips, or Edge AI.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex technical transformations.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business strategies for stakeholders.
