Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance machine learning pipelines for autonomous systems.
- Research and prototype cutting-edge algorithms for the 2026 tech stack, including hybrid quantum-classical computing models.
- Lead a diverse team of data scientists and engineers to translate complex research into production-ready code.
- Define technical roadmaps for AI integration across all company products and infrastructure.
- Ensure system security, ethical AI compliance, and scalability in a distributed environment.
- Collaborate with product managers to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field, with a focus on AI/ML.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leading AI architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and major deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
