Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models for high-volume production environments.
- Lead the design of neural networks and natural language processing (NLP) pipelines.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices in AI development.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex technical requirements into innovative solutions.
- Optimize existing AI infrastructure for speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on advancements relevant to the 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures, CNNs, and RNNs.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on ethical AI and bias mitigation.
