Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI infrastructures capable of processing petabytes of data with real-time latency.
- Lead the development and integration of cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI frameworks.
- Define the technical vision for Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) initiatives within the organization.
- Establish robust ethical AI governance frameworks and ensure compliance with global data regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate research into market-ready products.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical architecture reviews to maintain high code quality standards.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern Machine Learning libraries.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems and cloud-native solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Deep Learning architectures.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-velocity startup environment.
